At Fine Thyme Café, good food begins with doing things by hand. From our fluffy morning biscuits smothered in homemade sausage gravy to slow-simmered soups and crisp garden salads, our dishes are crafted from real, wholesome ingredients.
Desserts are baked from scratch in our own kitchen — including our rich Turtle Pie, divine carrot cake, warm cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing, and flaky berry croissants.

Located right on the Sterling Highway in Soldotna, Fine Thyme Café is a welcoming stop for locals, travelers, and fishing adventurers alike. We partner with local bakeries including Europa Bakery for hearty artisanal rye, sourdough, and multi-grain loaves, and bake our own potato bread in-house.
